I really wanted to love this palette, but the matte shades just didn’t work for me. A few of them felt dry and patchy, and I had to keep layering them to get decent color. Blending took way longer than it should have, and some shades ended up looking kind of muddy on my eyes. The shimmers are definitely prettier and easier to use, but the matte formula was a letdown. Also, the repeated verification during the process was frustrating and made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

I was really impressed with the shade options on Adept Cosmetics. To me, the color stories feel like someone actually thought about how the shades would work together, instead of just tossing in a bunch of bold colors for the sake of it. I ended up finding a palette with the exact greens and shimmery shades I had in mind, and it feels fun without being too much. Really happy I picked it up.

I was a little skeptical at first because I don’t really trust customer service to be helpful if a product ends up disappointing me, but this palette actually worked great. The shadows blended out super easily, even the darker shades, and they didn’t get patchy on me. I didn’t have to fuss with them much at all...

I wanted to like this, but the pans seem powdery and I noticed quite a bit of kickback and fallout when using it. It might work better for someone else, but for me it felt a little too messy.

I really liked how soft and smooth this felt on my lids. It didn’t have that chalky feeling that usually makes me not want to use a palette, and the shades blended out easily, which made doing my makeup feel less frustrating. I took one star off because a couple of the shades had a little fallout, but overall I’m still happy with it.

The box showed up crushed, and I kind of assumed there’d be more padding inside to protect the palette. Unfortunately, there was barely anything in there, so the whole thing felt a little disappointing.

I was already getting impatient waiting for it, but it got here way sooner than I thought it would. Everything was packed fine and arrived in good shape, so I really can’t complain.

The site worked well for me overall. Checkout was simple and smoother than a lot of other online stores I’ve used, where I usually end up clicking around too much. Nothing too fancy, but it got the job done without any hassle...

I had a problem with my order, i was frustrated at first because it took a while to hear back. I was expecting at least a quick apology or some kind of acknowledgment, since the delay made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be.
To be fair, they did eventually sort it out and the refund came through just like they said it would. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but in the end they handled it fairly.

Overall, I liked it, but the quality isn’t always consistent. Some parts were great, while others felt a little off. I’d say trust your instinct before deciding if it’s worth it for you.

I’ve been using this for a bit it performs better than I expected. It transfers less than similar products I’ve tried, which I really appreciate. It does crease a little throughout the day, so it’s not completely perfect, but overall I’d say it’s a solid option and I’d feel comfortable recommending it.

I reached out to customer service two different times and still never got any actual reply back. It’s frustrating, like I’m just sitting there waiting and nothing really happens...

I really liked the shades at first, but after about a month the pans started coming loose and the whole palette feels kind of flimsy. It’s frustrating because you buy something expecting it to hold up, and then suddenly the goalposts move from “nice colors” to “just please don’t fall apart.”

My order stayed in processing for a few days before it finally shipped, which was frustrating. The updates weren’t exactly quick either, so I kept wondering what was going on. The products turned out fine once they arrived, so I guess it worked out in the end, but the wait was definitely annoying

I put this shadow on before work, kind of forgot about it, then checked it later that night and was like… oh, it’s still mostly there. It did fade a little, but nothing weird or patchy, which is usually the thing that annoys me. I wasn’t expecting much, but yeah, happy with how it wore.

I ordered this palette after looking at the product photos for way too long, and I’m happy with what showed up. The colors were mostly accurate in person, maybe just a little deeper than they looked on my screen, but nothing felt misleading or way off.
The shimmer shades especially looked really close to the pictures, which I appreciated because they weren’t edited to look unrealistically bright. One matte shade was a bit different than I expected, but it’s still totally usable. Overall, I’m satisfied with it and would just love to see more swatches on different skin tones next time.

I’ve been wanting to try Adept Cosmetics for a while, but every time I check, the things I’m actually interested in are already sold out. It started to feel like trying to grab concert tickets, except I’m just sitting there in pajamas looking for makeup instead of planning a whole night out.

The restocks seem kind of random too, or at least I never catch them at the right time. By the time I see something is back, it’s gone again. Maybe I’m just unlucky, but I already have enough tabs open in my life and I don’t really want to keep stalking a website like it’s a package delivery map.

I’m sure the products might be great, and that’s why it’s so annoying. I can’t really judge the quality because I never got far enough to buy anything. After checking a bunch of times and striking out, I just gave up.

The palette itself is really pretty, and I mostly remember liking the shades when I use it. Then I pick it up again and immediately remember the packaging is kind of bulky and feels cheaper than I expected. Nice product inside, just not my favorite container

These are so pretty... like, the shimmer really hits when the light catches it. And the multichromes? unreal, I kept tilting my hand just to see the colors change.
